Fragrance Challenge

Manchester and Cheshire based full service digital agency Mosquito has been recognised in this year's Prolific North Awards 2014 for 'Game of the Year'.

The Facebook App was designed to engage with consumers via rich interactive HD videos and
photo-realistic 3D environments.

The digital brand extension utilised "gamification" techniques to immerse the player through HD film intros (shot on location in Salford Mills with TV and Theatre actor Sam Wilkins) and photo-realistic 3D rendered screens of the 'hyper-real' Fragrance rooms. Creating magical fragrance 'worlds' helped convey to the consumer why they should consider the fragrant qualities of the brand.

The Facebook app was designed to generate a rich user experience with engagement with new and existing Zoflora consumers. By keeping the strategy cost effective, yet targeted, the project conveyed high production values producing a social branded experience that pushed the qualities of the brand's USP convincingly and retaining the leading brand positioning against competitors in the digital space.

Mosquito's Facebook app has also landed a permanent slot in the widely respected FWA.com (Favourite Website Awards).

The Prolific North Awards celebrate excellence and recognise and reward outstanding campaigns and exceptional talent in the creative and media industries across the North. The awards will feature 22 categories and will be judged by a high-level and independent judging panel.
