PAID MEDIA MANAGER (SEM & SOCIAL)


The Role


We're looking for a talented, pro-active and enthusiastic digital candidate with experience in managing search engine marketing campaigns and paid media accounts.

With a focus on Google Ads (aka Adwords), Facebook and Instagram and other social paid media platforms. You will be experienced as a digital media planner and buyer for brand building and e-commerce performance marketing.

You will have hands-on experience planning and setting up paid media campaigns across several platforms, along with strong analytics skills to hone and refine your campaigns for successful results.

 

 

The role will give you hands-on experience on some national UK and Europe brands within both B2B and B2C.

The position will be located in our Manchester City Centre offices (currently remote working until the Spring).

You will have experience in an agency, or working client-side for a brand, ideally within digital marketing.

You may be a PPC Account Manager, or senior Paid Media Manager looking for the next step in your career.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
  • Knowledge of software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads (Adwords), Merchant/shopping and Webmaster tools.
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising - and sound knowledge of the business manager process.
  • Sound understanding of social media technologies and how the web/mobile spaces work.
  • Experience of planning and buying digital media.
  • Analytical skills and ability to demonstrate your experience in delivering great results to our campaigns.
  • Performance marketing - know-how to refine the conversion funnel and optimise campaigns in an agile approach.
  • Marketing experience - how to seek, acquire and engage an audience through paid media.
  • Experience of generating monthly reports, advice and including the use of insights, analytics software.
  • Experience or understanding of using a CMS.
  • Sound understanding of search engine marketing and research including keyword, competitor and industry knowledge.
Advantages
  • Advantageous - Experience of managing and broadcasting email campaigns (eCRM)

  • You  will be Google Ads Certified (you have passed the fundamental and at least one Advanced Adwords exam)
  • Facebook BluePrint Certified - ideally passed, or committed to passing.
  • Advantageous - Experience working within an agency.
  • Advantageous-  Understanding of agency digital solutions (e.g. websites, apps and/or social media).
